Stanley A. Moskowitz, President and CEO
Stanley commenced his career in banking and finance at European American Bank in 1979. Shortly thereafter, he joined Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Corporation until he founded Execulease Corporation, a healthcare, commercial and industrial equipment lender in 1983. In 1994, Execulease was acquired by Anthem Financial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Associated Insurance Companies, Inc. where Stanley remained until Anthem was acquired by Newcourt Credit Group. Since then, he was President & CEO of QuesTech Financial LLC, a specialty commercial finance lender in a strategic alliance with Prudential Financial. Mr. Moskowitz received his MBA in Corporate Finance in 1980.
Kenneth J. Siranko, Executive Vice President/COO
Ken, a Vietnam Navy veteran, spent over twenty years with GE Capital in various credit and operations management capacities, including Operations Manager for Vendor Financial Services’ Diversified Industries Group, and Operations Manager for New Business Development. He also served as the Chief Credit Officer of the Commercial Equipment Finance Division of GECC, where his responsibilities extended to a wide array of collateral types, including those underwritten by QuesTech Financial. Ken received GECC’s highest award, The Pinnacle Club, for three years in recognition of his individual performance. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Siranko served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Execulease Corporation and Executive Vice President & COO of QuesTech Financial.
Sean P. Dunn, Senior Vice President-Credit and Operations
Sean commenced his career with GE Capital in 1986, holding various positions of increasing responsibility including Portfolio Account Manager, Senior Credit Analyst, Assistant Vice President-Underwriting and Risk Manager-Global Acquisitions. During his tenure there, he successfully completed eleven international acquisitions totaling $12 Billion in countries such as China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Mexico and Thailand. In addition, Sean has extensive GE Capital training in Quality (Six Sigma), Work-out and Integration Management. From 2000-2007 Mr. Dunn served as Vice President -Credit and Operations of QuesTech Financial. He received his BS in Finance from Quinnipiac College in 1986.
Amy Buessem, Vice President-Contract Administration
Amy’s career commenced in 1987 in the leasing division of Bank of Boston until she became the Unit Manager of Randolph Computer, its computer leasing division in 1990, In 1995 she joined Execulease Corporation as Assistant Vice President-Contract Administration where she was responsible for all contracts and Funding. From 1998-2007 Amy was a Vice President -Contract Administration for QuesTech Financial. Her current responsibilities include compliance, syndication and securitization. She received her BA from Boston University in 1985.
Steve Pantano, Regional Vice President Northeast
In a thirty year career in specialty commercial finance, Steve has been responsible for the generation of over $1 billion of transactions to the C&G industry. Steve has developed programs within the financial service divisions of AT&T, Bell Atlantic, McDonnell Douglas and Shell Oil as well as with specialty lenders such as QuesTech Financial. Steve holds a B.A. from Saginaw Valley State University, has done undergraduate work at the University of Michigan and graduate work at Wayne State University Law School. He served in the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division from 1967-1970.
Patrick Secchiaroli, Regional Vice President
Patrick began his career with Mobil Oil Corporation in 1990 as the Sales and Business Consultant for the Fairfield County and Lower Westchester Mobil Dealer Group.
From there he went on to be a Supervisor of Company Operations for all of the facilities on I-95 and the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkways in Connecticut negotiating with the Department of Transportation on a variety of issues including contract extensions. Shortly thereafter Patrick was promoted to Automotive Distributor Consultant for New York. In 1996, Patrick left Mobil to pursue an entrepreneurial position at a full service Truck Stop/Travel Plaza in Stonington, CT. Two years later, he returned to Mobil as New Business Acquisition Manager in New York, negotiating numerous supply deals in Metro and Upstate New York. Additionally, Patrick was also the Asset Manager for Mobil's real estate transactions in New York. In 2004 Patrick joined CitiGroup as Vice President originating C&G loans from Pennsylvania to Maine. In 2006 Patrick left Citigroup to become a Senior Vice President with Source One Lending Group as a commercial finance broker.
